Cristine Reyes and Jake Cuenca was paired in the Bud Brothers ‘Stupid Cupids, now they are paired in the upcoming mini-series Precious Hearts Romances presents My Cheating Heart which they come up with an accident that almost lead them both to danger.
Cristine and Jake was recently shot on a swimming pool scene for the “Stupid Cupids”,and almost got them drown. On the interview on E-Live last November 28,Cristine and Jake recalled what happened on the unexpected scene.
“Ang nangyari binuhat ako ni Jake…sabay kaming tumalon sa pool.” ,Cristine said. Second by Jake,”Kailangan nagpapanic siya kasi nagkukulitan kami.”
“Sobrang panic ko nakalimutan ko ng mag-inhale bago magdive so pagdating dun wala na ‘kong air. Naubusan na ko ng hangin tapos nagpanic pa ko dahil ang lalim at nabigla ako.” ,Cristine told the E-Live which Jake and the crew thoought that Ms.Reyes was only acting then Cristine exclaims,”Bigla na kong sumigaw. Talagang sabi ko, ‘Cut, Direk, cut!’ Dun lang nila ako natulungan.” After that, everybody tries to rescue her and Jake tried to help his leading lady.
Jake then revealed, “Wish ko lang lifeguard ako pero hindi naman ako yung pinakamagaling lumangoy. Sinesave ko siya, eh sa kakapanic niya, ang nangyari ako rin yung nalulunod dun…Parang ako na yung nalulunod.”
After that pool scene,Jake and Cristine managed to do other scenes in their upcoming mini-series entitled “Stupid Cupids” expected to air nationwide this December 7.
