Rhian Asks for a Temporary Protection Order

After days of silence, Rhian Ramos now gives a statement about his ex-boyfriend’s accusations against her. This accusation was about Mo’s statement that Rhian had their baby aborted in Singapore last year in the month of July. The statement aired in Sandra Aguinaldo’s report in 24 Oras yesterday, December 5, 2011.

Rhian was very emotional while delivering her short statement. “I think more than what the people has seen, I have been hurt over a longer period of time, unnecessarily, and I think, undeserved. I just hope to be able to put an end to that today so that hopefully I can move on,”said Rhian.

Rhian promises to give a longer statement in time. Meanwhile, the actress had a meeting with her lawyer regarding the issue. She asks for a temporary protection order to stop Mo Twister from uttering negative statements about her in public.

According to Atty. Kapunan, Rhian’s lawyer, the court will determine if they will release a temporary or permanent protection order for the actress.

“This is not normal behavior; it is dysfunctional behavior,” said Atty. Kapunan. The lawyer said that DJ Mo has been harassing Rhian in his utterances in public and Rhian is already growing tired of it.

“This has nothing to do with truth or lies, no? That is not what the protection order is about. What this is all about is harassment. He is harassing Rhian. Mo is harassing for all these utterances in public,” said Atty. Kapunan.

Rhian’s lawyer also explained that the case they will file against Mo Twister is his violation to Republic Act 9262, which is the Anti-Violence Against Women and Their Children Act of 2004.

Meanwhile, Mo Twister, who was supposed to leave the country for New York last December 3, 2011, decided to postpone his trip in order to clarify the issues he and Rhian are currently facing.

Mo Twister’s Abortion Confession Video Went Viral on the Net

DJ Mo’s video claiming that his ex-girlfriend, Rhian Ramos got rid of their baby, is now all over the internet. The video, according to Mo, was taken in a hotel room in Singapore where he and Rhian stayed a day before they went to a hospital there to have their baby aborted. The video entitled RepairedMovie.mov, which was uploaded on youtube by PrettyJenny55 on November 28, 2011, lasted for 13 minutes and 24 seconds.

The video was transcribed by the uploader.

According to Mo, he took the video as a souvenir of that “horrible day” in Singapore. He said that this file was already deleted, and apparently, someone repaired filed from his sold computers and uploaded it on youtube. Mo appeals to the person in possession of his personal files to refrain from uploading any further. Does this mean there’s more to reveal about him and Rhian?

KC Confirms Break-up with Piolo

In a Tell-All interview in The Buzz with King of Talk Boy Abunda, KC admitted that she and Piolo had separated ways but refuses to go on detail. At the beginning of the interview, Boy asked KC how the courtship happened. According to KC, it was a two-year on-and-off courtship. After Lovers in Paris, Piolo didn’t show up for at least three months. KC, on the other hand, dated a non-shobiz guy which the public didn’t know of.

When asked about the reason of their break-up, all KC said was: “May mga hinahanap ako na napaka-basic lang na hanapin ng isang babae sa isang boyfriend, sa isang lalaki. Ayaw ko na siguro pumunta sa details kasi parang ayaw kong siraan siya”

KC felt that she has given too much and she got tired already of trying to understand Piolo.

“Let’s just say na lahat talaga kaya ko… tinanggap ko ang anak niya. Kahit may mga times na hindi ko siya maintindihan, tinanggap ko kasi sinasabi sa akin ng mga kaibigan namin na personality niya yun. Kapag may mga bagay na hindi ako sang-ayon na dapat ginagawa sa isang babae, tinatanggap ko kasi naniniwala ako na mabait siyang tao. May mga bagay na hindi ko na kayang lunukin. Hindi ko na kaya yun tanggapin.”

However, KC said that it was partly her fault because she wanted the relationship to really work.

After the confirmation, speculation that the break-up was because of Piolo being gay came to highlight. KC was even quoted as the “Today’s Carmina Villaroel.”

Jolina Magdangal and Mark Escueta Ties the Knot!

Singer-actress Jolina Magdangal and Rivermaya Drummer Mark Escuta exchanged “I Dos” yesterday, November 21, 2011 at around five o’clock in the afternoon. The private Christian Wedding was held at Splendido Taal Golf and Country Club in Laurel, Batangas

The couple intentionally didn’t announced the exact date and place they are going to get married because they wanted the wedding to be a very private one.

The groom was evidently tensed as he waits for his bride before the wedding but experienced a sudden jolt of excitement as he sees Jolina walk down the aisle while Moonriver was playing in the background. Jolina can’t help but cry while she takes her steps to a new life with husband Mark Escueta.

The couple wasn’t able to prepare their wedding vows beforehand because there are no exact words that could ever be said to express their love for one another. They say their vows spontaneously, filled with all the emotions they are keeping inside their hearts. The wedding guests were very touched and moved with the vows the couple exchanged. Jolina and Mark’s happiness were so obvious at that time.

“Ikaw ang pinakamagandang regalo ni God,” said Jolina. “Sabi ko, sasabihin ko na lang kung anong nararamdaman ko para sa iyo. Lahat ng nandito, lahat ng in-invite natin dito, alam nila kung gaano kita kamahal,” she adds while tears run down her cheeks. She jokes, “Pagpasensyahan mo na kung minsan naghihintay ka ng limang oras dahil nasa banyo ako. Kung matangkad at mestiza lang ako, promise three minutes lang ako sa banyo. Pasensya ka na kung minsan, ang daldal ko…”

Jolina addresses Mark as her “bestfriend” and “kakampi.”

Mark’s wedding vow was likewise filled with emotions that he even cried as he says that Jolina is the light of his life.

The couple’s dream honeymoon trip is to Alaska for them to witness the famous Northern Light, also known as the Aurora- a very romantic natural light display in the sky which can be seen in high latitude regions. If this dream will come true right after the wedding, only Jolina and Mark knows.

Mark Gil and Jaclyn Jose: Excited Grandparents!

Veteran actor Mark Gil expresses his excitement to his grandchild with Andi Eigenmenn. It was reported months ago that after Andi wrote a blog regarding her baby’s father, Albie Casiño (father of Andi’s baby) and his mother Rhea Casiño requested the baby to undergo DNA test which Jaclyn Jose didn’t favor to. Same was the decision of Andi’s father, Mark Gil, on the issue.

“No way! DNA [test] my ass! Wala akong sama ng loob kahit kanino, wala naman akong kinalaman sa ibang tao. She’s ours, she’s an Eigenmann,” Mark Gil’s statement in Pep.ph.

Grandpa Mark Gil is very much excited to his granddaughter’s birth. It would be his first Christmas as a grandfather.

“Na-e-excite ako. Araw-araw ko siyang [Andi] tine-text. Tinatanong ko, ‘Kailan ba? Puwede ba bukas na?’ [Andi is giving birth] at the end of November, but according to Jaclyn, baka lumagpas pa. Sabi ko wag na, kailangan itong November na. I know my granddaughter will be a beautiful baby. I can’t wait, naiiyak na ako. Basta tawagan niya ako, dapat nandun ako sa hospital,” he said.

“She’s a gift, a blessing, that baby will be our princess. She’s an addition to our family, another Eigenmann, naiiyak na talaga ako,” he adds.

Meanwhile, Andi’s mother had an exclusive interview with Pep.ph after the story conference of TV5’s Valiente. When asked about Andi’s condition, she happily said that Andi’s doing great and is expecting her baby ‘anytime soon.’

“Sobra. Sobrang excited. Pati siya [Andi]. At the same time, ano na rin siya, inip. Ang laki na ng tiyan niya. She wants to have it ano na,” Jaclyn said.

Andi is expected to have a TV comeback early summer of 2012. She has already offers and is very much excited to work again.

When asked if she will be stricter to Andi as she goes back to work, Jaclyn said: “Wala. It will be the same, lalo na ngayong may anak na siya. She must know how to ano, di ba? Kung noon, nandiyan ako to guide her, ngayon medyo male-lessen yun. Kasi she has to grow up, she has to mature, she has to take care of her daughter. She has to know how to deal with life.”

“Sabi ko sa kanya, ‘Isang pagkakamali lang, ha? Sa pangalawa, magagalit na ako,’” she adds, talking about her daughter’s early pregnancy.

Kean Denies Using Vice to Fuel His Career

Callalily lead vocalist Kean Cipriano denies using Vice to boost his career. He said in a tapped interview aired in Paparazzi last November 13 that allegations of him using Vice is just a pure prank and that he respects the people he encounter throughout his career and in his life as well.

Kean and Vice’s friendship started when the earlier was invited as a guest judge back in January 2010 in ABS-CBN’s noontime program “Showtime” where Vice is the resident judge, “hurado” as they call it. The friendship continues on- and off-cam as they give nicknames to each other. Kean calls Vice “sweetcorn” while Vice calls him “popcorn”. They are also noted to have frequent show of affection over social networking site, Twitter.

He stresses that he never uses another person for success of his own career.

Kean is also rumored to be romantically linked to celebrity stylist Liz Uy, sister of My Binondo Girl actress Laureen Uy and also a good friend of Vice Ganda.

He said: “Ewan ko sa kanila. Pero Liz and I are good friends… We’re super friends. Really good friends.” He also describes Liz as a person who is very kind, very brilliant, and very good at her craft.

When asked if he would consider Liz as his ideal girl, he said: “Why not?”

“Mahirap kasi mag-ano eh, ‘yung sasabihin mo na, ‘Oh dapat baka merong may mangyaring kung ano man.’ Pero hindi, ayokong sirain ‘yung magandang pagkakaibigan namin,” said Kean.

On the other hand, the singer keeps silent about the real score between him and Alex Gonzaga who happens to be his onscreen partner.

“Well ‘yung sa ‘min naman kasi ni Alex, it’s something na ayokong talagang pag-usapan dahil siyempre babae ‘yung tao [tapos] magsasalita [ako]. Eh ‘di naman yata maganda ‘yon.”

“We shared something, we shared moments together… basta moments, we shared moments together na dadalhin ‘ko sa kung sa’n ‘man ako makapunta,” he said.

Kean’s acting career started 2010 as he was given a break in TV5’s show “BFGF”. Although reportedly set to appear in the upcoming show “P.S. I Love You” of the same network, Kean would not leave singing for acting. He said that their band is “stronger than ever” and his band mates are not insecure of his popularity. Kean assured fans that Callalily will never disband.

Raymart Santiago and Claudine Baretto Are Still Together

The speculations between Raymart and Claudine started last October 25, when Claudine was supposed to withdraw a large sum of money from her joint account with Raymart Santiago. The actress was surprised to know that the money that she was supposed to withdraw was gone.

Claudine was with her attorney when the incident happened, Atty. Agnes Maranan. The news spread and the media was able to shoot some of the footage that happened in the bank.

Rumors began to circulate that the couple was already separated and that Raymart was to blame for the incident. Raymart was the only one who had access to their joint account.

Jennylyn Mercado was also caught up with th e issue. She was linked to Raymart even though she has a relationship with Kapamilya TV host-actor na si Luis Manzano.

Jennylyn and Raymart were in the same early primetime series ng GMA-7 na Futbolilits.

Jennylyn’s camp denied the issue between her and Raymart, that they don’t have any connection between Raymart aside from work.

Due to the speculations circulating, Raymart and Claudine released a statement.

“In recent days, there have been numerous negative rumors about our marriage and our relationship, all of which have caused us, our children, and our families undue stress, strain, and unnecessary tension.

“In order to dispel all these unfounded innuendos, we now publicly declare, in the simplest and clearest terms that:

“WE ARE STILL TOGETHER, we have not separated, we love each other, and we both value and cherish our marriage and relationship.

“Any issues that we may have are private, and do not detract from, nor diminish, the strength of our marriage. We ask that the public allow us to deal with our minor concerns without the glare and glee of media speculation that only hurt us and those we love.

“We are both deeply committed to our two (2) children, whom we love unconditionally. As concerned and devoted parents, we shall zealously protect their privacy, and their right to be untouched by malice and gossip. We plead with the public to respect their rights: they are innocent children unjustly harmed by the baseless gossip about us.

“We hope this JOINT STATEMENT settles and lays to rest all questions about us as a couple, and as individuals.”

Julia: Too Young For Enchong

Enchong Dee, the 22-year-old “Maria La Del Barrio” lead start is said to have dated 16-year-old Julia Montes, one of the breakout stars of the recently-concluded hit TV soap remake, “Mara Clara.” They have also been rumored to be a couple already.

Enchong denied these allegations and told the press at the launch of his new endorsement of the vitamin and supplement brand Nutrilite last October 22 at the 55 Events Place in Quezon City; that “Hindi pa kami. Hindi pa naman, Siguro kapag 18-years-old na siguro siya.”

Enchong even made a joke, asking the press to give him time to make his move.

“Bigyan niyo naman ako ng pagkakataon manligaw,” Enchong said, laughing. “Close kami. We’re happy. Hindi lang kami nagkikita for awhile. Siguro mas padalagahin pa natin siya. Bata pa siya eh.”

He openly admitted that he has a crush on Julia. They already have worked together in the teen-oriented show, “Shoutout.” And when asked if it is Julia’s decision to make their rumored relationship private, he replied, “No. Kasi wala pa naman. Siguro kapag meron na. We’re willing to open up. Oo naman, aaminin namin.”

Enchong remains single and happy these days. He is in no rush into having a girlfriend. He is currently focused on his work, “Maria La Del Barrio” and “ASAP Rocks.”

When asked about having a relationship, he replied, “Huwag na muna, basta ang masasabi ko lang masaya ako, not necessarily having a girlfriend or having a relationship naman yun eh. Basta yung inspiration lang para uuwi ka masaya ka.”

He also admitted that he has had no showbiz girlfriends yet and “if ever, sa showbiz, siya [Julia] yung magiging first girlfriend…sana.”

He said that he has had just two other relationships. “I had one girlfriend sa swimming, then one nu’ng college pa.”

Albie Talks About Issue With Andie

Andi Eigenmann has announced to the public that the father of her unborn child is Albie Casino, but the young actor would rather keep mum about the issue.

When asked why he hasn’t commented about it, his reply was, “I don’t know. I’d rather be just quiet and not talk about it.”

He admitted that he has not spoken to Andi nor her family about it yet, but is open about it if they would like to do so.

“Not yet. Kung meron siya (initiative). If she has one, I guess,” Albie said at the presscon of “Aswang,” his movie for Regal Films.

“I really don’t want to say anything against them. I’d just rather not talk about them, honestly,”

“I don’t want anything from them. If they want something from me, sila ang pupunta,” Albie told the press.

Albie said that he doesn’t feel bad about these accusations.

“Wala namang galit. Hindi ako nagha-harbor ng galit. Of course, it’s unfair. Pero nothing’s fair in life naman. I can’t do anything about it. I can’t fix that,” Albie mused.

Albie added that he does not want to defend himself to the public, and what matters most to him is that his family and friends know who he really is as a person.

“I don’t really want to defend myself. I’m really a positive person pero yung malinis yung pangalan ko, I think malabo yun. No offense, but the press can make it look like what they want it to look like,” he said.

Albie pointed out that he is willing to take a DNA test if both parties agree on it. But he’s not too interested in it.

“I think that was from the start pa yan (issue). Pero sige di ba? But I really don’t think about it honestly,” Albie said.

Shaina Breaks Her Silence!

In a recent interview with Boy Abunda, Shaina finally breaks her silence about the issue circulating that she and John Lloyd Cruz have broken up.

Shaina revealed how she felt about the issue.

“Parang sumusobra na, e.

“Para bang dahil lang siguro nasanay sila dahil hindi ako nagsasalita.

“Dahil lagi ko na lang pinipili na tumahimik, kakayan-kayanin na lang nila ako.

“So, I figured gusto kong gawin nga ito, Tito Boy, this interview para once and for all matapos na ito.”

“Sa mga nakikisawsaw sa pinagdadaanan namin… lalo na dun sa nagsasamantala sa pinagdadaanan namin.

“Bilang magkarelasyon, bilang mga tao, parang di ko kayang hayaan na tapak-tapakan, bastusin [na lang kami]…” the young actress said.

The issue all started when rumors of the two have broken-up.

In a separate interview, John Llyod did not directly say that they were broken-up, but were facing tough times.

“To be honest, hindi maayos yung mga bagay-bagay ngayon.

“Yun lang ang kaya kong sabihin sa ngayon, yung mga bagay na yun is not looking good.

“I’d rather na tumahimik na lang ako hanggang sa maayos sana namin o mabigyan ng closure kung anuman.”

When Ruffa Gutierrez was once again caught up between the two, Shaina cleared things up in her interview. She said that Ruffa was not the reason why they are having problems. However, she does confess that she texted Ruffa.

“Nag-text siya kay John Lloyd right after we left the party and I replied.

“I told her to leave us alone, gaya ng gusto kong sabihin sa kanya.
