Angeline Quinto was the first grand winner of ABS-CBN’s “Star Power: Sharon’s Search for Next Female Pop Star,” hosted by Mega Star Sharon Cuneta.
On grand finals night at Ynarez Stadiumin Antipolo , Angeline garnered an average score of 90.88% of text and online voting and votes from the judges. It is the highest record so far in the history of text and online votes in a competition.
The song bird’s look alike was very thankful that atlast she became the grand winner of the contest. Angeline once lost in the singing competition “Star for A Night” to Popstar singer Sarah Geronimo last 2007.
She went home with P1 million grand prizes, an entertainment showcase, diamond jewelry set, 1-year managing contract with Star Magic, a recording contract with Star Records and a brand new car. She will be seen also in ASAP Rocks together with the other finalists Krissel, Monica, K-La and Akiko.
When asked if who she want to work with in ASAP, she said she want to work with everyone but especially her friend Sarah G.
On March 6, they shared the stage in a duet in ASAP Rocks. It created an issue comparing the two singers and who’s better between them. The new star is prepared in the intrigues that will be thrown to her and she knows it’s part of the business.

She said that she was intructed to pack up Anne’s taping. “I don’t know where she is right now. I just got the news from her yaya to pack up her supposed taping today. I’m sure hindi pa pwedeng interbiyuhin iyon ngayon,” Michelle said.
