John Prats was inspired at the moment with his current projects on TV, specially on Banana Split because of the good feedback on the show. The one of the factors why the show was great because of the closeness of all the cast in the show off-cam. “Para kaming isang pamilya. Sa iisang dressing room kami kumakain, at ang cook namin ay si Pokwang.” John said.
On the other hand, he and his current girlfriend, Shaina Magdayao can’t avoid different intrigue in their relationships. One of this is when someone saw them kissing at the ASAP ‘09 dressing room. The ABS-CBN asked John about it, and he deny the issue. He also deny the alligation that he and Shaina was showing PDA (public display of affection). “Mahilig akong mang-hug pero ‘yung maghalikan kayo sa harap ng maraming tao, para namang hindi dapat. Respeto na lang din sa babae at dapat ay ginagawa ‘yun sa pribado lang, kahit sino naman, eh,” he explained.
And according to him, it is understandable if you are in the other country and there’s a new like that. Were in the Philippines and we don’t allow that kind of behaviour here. He also said that he was sweet by nature but not to a point that he will kiss someone in the public, even it is her girlfriend. “Dapat ilagay sa lugar ang mga ganoong bagay.” he said.
How are things going on with them? With a grin, John said that he was happy with Shaina. “Everyday is a special day for us, masaya lang talaga kami.” And one of the factor why their relationship is still fine beacuse they don’t work together. Its is just an opinion for John, “Malaking bagay sa amin, ‘yung hindi kami magka-loveteam pero nagsu-suportahan kami.”
John and Shaina in an actor and actress, they must be careful with their moves because a lot of people was always watching them. In their choosen carrer, even though they still a person they don’t have their own privacy. That’s the problem of being a celebrity.
