Kim Chiu in her upcoming primetime series My Bindondo Girl has three leading men. Xian Lim, Matteo Guidicelli and Jolo Revilla, according to the men, Kim can be one of the boys. Not because she has a heart of a boy but because Kim is down to earth, simple and easy to get along with even with any boys.

According to Kim, Matteo Guidicelli is her closest friend among her men because they both came from the south. They both go out with the rumor girlfriend of Matteo, Maja Salvador. Jolo Revilla is said to be the generous among them, he always buy foods for Kim. And Xian Lim is said to be techie, he teaches Kim many things about technology, he also likes eating.

Last Saturday, August 13, 2011, many praised Kim Chiu and her new leading man Edgar Allan Guzman with their great role in Maalala Mo Kaya. But according to Kim, she didn’t know Allan. Kim admitted she finds it quite hard to work with him, especially that they should play the role as partners.

And unlike her previous interviews, Kim Chiu is now more comfortable talking about her former on screen partner Gerald Anderson after her so-called break up. Kim Chiu said she learned how to love herself more. In an interview with Boy Abunda on ABS-CBN’s “The Buzz” on Sunday, the Drama Princess said she is thankful to have gone through such an experience. “I learned to love myself more. I learned how to be strong. And kung hindi ka naman nagmahal, hindi ka naman masasaktan eh. So thankful ako na naramdaman ko ‘yun,” Kim said. “Wala akong sama ng loob o galit sa kahit na sino. Masaya ako na naramdaman ko ‘yun.” Kim said she and Gerald are now better friends after the so-called breakup. “Kami ni Gerald, sobrang okay namin. Hanggang ngayon, andiyan siya ‘pag may problema. ‘Pag hindi ko na kaya, kinakausap ko siya, nakikinig siya,” she said. And when she asked how she handled the pain, she said, “Umiyak ka lang. Pagkatapos nun masaya ka na ulit, kasama mo friends mo, mga taong nagmamahal sa’yo. Hindi naman masamang magmahal. Hindi. Tao ka rin naman so marami ka talagang mararamdaman sa ngalan ng pag-ibig,” she added.

Last year, Kim Chiu denied rumors that she tried to commit suicide after her so-called breakup with Gerald Anderson. Both have repeatedly said that they never became a couple, with Anderson saying that what they had was a special relationship.

The young actress even expressed her support for Gerald’s upcoming projects including his teleserye Budoy where he stars opposite Jessy Mendiola and a possible movie with Sarah Geronimo. It’s been a year since they were last paired in Kung Tayo’y Magkakalayo, and Kim is really hoping for positive feedback on her first primetime soap without Gerald. Kim is quite speechless though when told that Gerald is wishing her well not only in terms of her career but even with her love life as well. Although they don’t have constant communication, Kim said it’s enough to know that he’ll still be there for her when she needs help.

Kim expressed her deepest gratitude because the newest Kapamilya star from Kapuso network GMA-7, Paulo Avelino acknowledge Kim and he wants Kim to have a project with him.

Simon Atkins is one of the men that are link to Kim. And according to Kim, they are friends. She heard Simon had been to the hospital for an injury because of her fans.
