Sa panayam sa “SNN: Shobiz News Ngayon,” hindi maitago ni Maricar ang excitement sa nasabing paparating na proyekto. Ani nga niya, it is in fact an honor to be a part of Cruz-Alonzo comeback movie, lalo pa’t malaking papel ang gagampanan niya dito as the leading roles’ third wheel. Paliwanag pa niya sa kanyang tunay na nararamdaman: “Mas maraming ine-expect sa akin in this one so medyo kinakabahan ako sa kabila ng excitement.” For her next projects, hopefully daw ay maka-encounter pa siya ng ibang roles na susubok sa husay niya sa pag-arte. “Anything different is always welcome for me to do. Aside from controversial Katrina Halili and Hayden Kho video, there is also a video that allegedly involves model-actress Maricar Reyes and the latter.
Unknown to many, Maricar is also a practicing doctor and considers being a doctor as her day job. She reportedly admitted dating Hayden Kho for a year when she was still in med school. “I would say it was serious, like all of my relationships. I was committed to him, we were committed to each other.” Maricar said.
Hope that Maricar’s profession won’t be put into danger because of what Hayden did.
Maricar Reyes says being a doctor and an actress are both her dreams.

When not acting or doing commercials, Maricar Reyes actually works as a doctor. But Maricar would rather keep her life as a general practitioner separate from the showbiz world. In an interview at the ABS-CBN Trade Launch last April 30, Maricar shared with ABS-CBN.com the fulfillment she gets from being a doctor. “There’s something different about when a sick person comes to you and then you give him something that makes him feel better. There’s no price for that.”
Maricar said that being an actress and being a doctor are both her dreams. When she was a child she would often stand in front of the mirror and imitate some scenes she would see on TV. When she learned that her brother earned big bucks after doing a commercial, she was enticed by the idea of appearing in front of the camera and getting paid.
Maricar is indeed beautiful. Hope that she will be given more projects.
