Revolution on Wednesday, February 23, 2011 to give honor and recognition to the Filipino Youth.
The main theme for the Edsa Youth Day celebration is “EDSA Baby Ako!”
There will be three events for the celebration. First with a theme entitled “Pilipinas Got Bukas!”, it will take place at Rizal High School Pasig, City. The youth will be participating in an activity in the morning where they will make a huge human banner that will symbolize them being prepared for their future. President Benigno “NoyNoy” Aquino, III is expected to attend the occasion. Second the “EDSA Babies Exposition” and lastly, a night of tribute for the young achievers “EDSA Babies na Sikat, Congrats!”
Also expected in the occasion is the newlywed Ogie Alcasid and Regine Velasquez-Alcasid with Jaya. They give free musical performances.
Quezon City Mayor Herbert Bautista will also be giving an inspirational talk in the event. And to give words of encouragements is the bombing victim Raissa Laurel and TV host and former chairperson of the National Youth Commission of the Philippines and cousin of President PNoy Paolo “Bam” Aquino.

Singer-songwriter Ogie Alcasid will launch his new music video in the April 26 episode of GMA-7′s variety show S.O.P. The music video is for the song, “Kahit Na,” the latest single culled from Ogie’s gold-certified album, The Great Filipino Songbook under Universal Records.
