MANILA, Philippines—“Manyak,” “predator” and a “pervert of the highest kind” were how Senator Ramon “Bong” Revilla Jr. described Dr. Hayden Kho, who was allegedly caught on video doing “explicit sexual acts” with a young actress.
Taking the floor on Tuesday, Revilla strongly condemned the uploading on the internet of Kho’s sex video with the young actress, whom the senator declined to identify.
Bong Revilla pushed for the immediate passage of a bill against voyeurism as well as punishing internet service providers, which allow the uploading of such sex videos. He explained everything against Dr. Hayden Kho.
