What KC Concepcion thought impossible for most of her life is now a thing of the past: Her parents Sharon Cuneta and Gabby Concepcion have agreed to share the same frame on camera and on their daughter’s morning show “Simply KC” at that.
In a press conference for “I’ll Be There,” the film featuring the mega daughter and her father, KC disclosed how the pleasant surprise of reuni-ting her parents on a TV show made her feel.
“Hindi ko nga alam kung paano nangyari. Nagulat na lang po ako na kinausap nila (production team) si Mama. Of course I’m excited pero hindi ko pa po iniisip kasi for me it’s not entertainment. For me, totoong buhay ito. Ang tagal ko ding tinry na makapag-usap silang dalawa nang hindi nag-aaway,” she revealed of the TV moment happening set Monday.
Sharon and Gabby last worked together in the movie, “Una Kang Naging Akin.”
“For them to be in the show na kasama ako, magkaharap, ay malaking malaking bagay sa akin ‘yon. Ang tagal bago kami makara-ting dito.”
Meanwhile Gabby said of the planned reunion, “Masaya. Masaya siyempre. Hindi ko ma-describe ‘yong feeling. Nararamdaman ko na lang, handa na.”
Sharon Cuneta entitled as the “Mega Star” had proven that she’s a great actress. For all great movies she had done and album she had popularized she’s truly an icon in showbiz industry.
The potential blockbuster movie of the year, “Best Friends Forever,” starring Sharon Cuneta and Ai Ai de las Alas, opens May 13 in theaters nationwide. The comedy flick that teams up for the very first time the megastar and the comedy concert queen is Star Cinema’s 16th anniversary presentation and Mother’s Day offering as well.

Megastar Sharon Cuneta has some personal reasons why she considers her latest movie BFF (Best Friends Forever) memorable and why fans should watch out for the movie. First, she is revealing a picture of herself in a bikini and secondly, she is showing off her flab and bulges “in all sides” with pride.
“Syempre si Mega kasi marami pa siyang ibibigay sa akin,” Ai Ai delas Alas says when asked who is more generous between Megastar Sharon Cuneta and Kris Aquino. She explains the choice, “Binibigyan niya ako ng mga alahas, like singsing at earrings. Binibigyan din naman ako ni Kris pero Gucci shoes lang. Mas mahal pa rin ang alahas.”
The Megastar Sharon Cuneta has confirmed that her husband, Sen. Francis “Kiko” Pangilinan will run for vice president in 2010.
