Survivor Philippines Celebrity Doubles Edition claims to be twice better than the other reality shows here in the Philippines. It promises to give audience double the action and double the drama season for Survivor Philippines. For this time, Survivor Philippines is shot in the beautiful island of San Vicente, Palawan located in the heart of the West Philippine Sea, also known as the South China Sea, exhibiting the beauty of nature here in the Philippines.
Survivor Philippines Celebrity Doubles Edition is said to have the most grumbler set of castaways yet. The season’s castaways include Stef Prescott who is the critic’s favorite back in Starstruck 4. In an interview of PEP.ph with Stef, the later admits the real reason for joining Survivor Philippines. Aside from the three million peso prize the winner gets, she also wishes to have an improvement in her career after Survivor Philippines.
Yung career ko, lumevel-up.
In another sense, she wants to be a better person through the challenges she will face in Survivor.
“Hindi lang basta for career-wise. On a personal note din naman, ang Survivor talaga is going to change you as a person for the better,” she explains.
In her five years in showbiz, she reveals that there are times wherein she loses hope on her career.
“Five years na ako,” she said.
Despite the hope for popularity, Stef decides to just take whatever opportunity there is available.
“Before, gusto ko talaga bida.
After the success of Survivor Philippines first season, finally the second season was launched. GMA finally launched its new season last August 17,2009 entitled Survivor Philippines:Palao. The show got 30.8% rating based on AGB Nielsen Philippines among Metro Manila area, but compared to the first season its rating was 31.8% not bad for Survivor to think a lot of shows was competing to the higher rank.
ALTHOUGH he is a certified “island adventurer,” Kiko Rustia feels right at home on the 27th floor of a high-rise in the middle of a busy business district.
