Lorna Tolentino is very happy and thankful that their ABS-CBN show, Minsan Lang Kita Iibigin, will end this week. According to her, vacation trip on Boracay is really her plan with Amy Austria this coming September. They will go to the beautiful Island of Boracay with their friends and with the whole family. Lorna Tolentino doesn’t want to think about her next project after her contract with the ABS-CBN because she really wanted to take a rest for a while.

According to her, this is the most tiring kontrabida role that she portrays because of too much wickedness of the character she needs to internalize. “Masyado mabigat ang ginawa namin sa Minsan. Maski ako nag-decide na ang susunod, kung meron, gusto ko mabait na uli, kasi mahirap magkontrabida. Dusa talaga, masyado siyang nakaka-drain.” She said.

So after the taping this week, Lorna plan to stay long at her farm in Cavite together with her two sons. Lorna wants to learn more about agricultural things because she know she have lots of things to plants with her four hectors farm.

Lorna wants to focus on her family. Raphael and Renz, the sons of Lorna, are very vocal that they don’t want their mother to marry again. And Lorna felt the same. She admits that she really missed her late husband Rudy Fernandez. “Madalas nga kapag marami akong ginagawa — yung sagad-sagad ang schedule — may mga times na nami-miss ko pa rin si Rudy. Hindi ako nakakatulog pa rin nang maaga. Hindi ako makatulog, hinahanap ko pa rin siya. Siya pa rin,” she said. “Parang habang tumatagal, parang nag-i-intensify ang mga emotion mo. Kasi dati, alam mo na natatanggap mo na sa utak mo, wala na. Yung acceptance na matagal na to ah, na wala na. Yung reality na iyun. Ang nangyayari tuloy, lalo mong nami-miss, lalo mong hinahanap.” She added. “Lalo na pag may konting problema, kasi wala kang karamay, wala kang katabi, wala kang susumbungan, wala kang sasabihan na, wala kang hihingan ng tulong,” she stated. And according to her, the looks of their bedroom is still the same. Lorna still didn’t remove any things of her husband in their bedroom. “Minsan nga sinusuot ko pa ang shorts  niya, pati T-shirt, sinusuot ko pantulog. Siguro hindi ko na gagalawin iyun, kahit magdagdag pa kami ng aparador, hayaan mo na lang siya diyan, magagawan naman ng paraan. Ganun talaga e,” she said.

Lorna sees herself widowed for the rest of her life because of her two sons, according to her, her sons will still be with her until the end, until they have their own families. “Ayaw nila makipaghiwalay, gusto nila kahit may asawa na sila at mga anak, magkakasama kami. Kaya dapat compound na ito. Kaya kailangan ko magtrabaho para sa isang compound,”

Aside her two sons, there are Rudy’s best friends, Sen. Jinggoy Estrada, Sen. Bong Revilla and Phillip Salvador, that would watch her. “Parang iniisip ko, ano ba yan? Hindi na ako bata sa age ko ngayon. Gusto ko naman — maging proud sa akin ang mga anak ko, sa pagiging ina ko sa kanila.” She said.

Before her vacation, she will still finish her commitments with Flawless which she endorses. Her relaxation includes beautifying herself more with the help of Flawless and Belo Medical Group.

She still can’t decide whether she will take the movie for the filmfest of TV-5 and Regal Films entitled, Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow.
